With summer coming you are probably wondering how to lose fat legs. It is so easy for the fat to quietly build up under all those winter clothes. Look for ways you can easily add some of these activities to your daily routine. You have to make sure that you do at least 30 minutes a day. Killing yourself with the cardio is not going to speed things up; you may even lose valuable muscle.

ii) Resistance training:

Here you will be building muscle, and as muscle burns more energy than fat, it will speed things up a lot. Once again there are a lot of things you can easily do. Change your walking to walking on an incline it you will be targeting the leg muscles at the same time you are doing your cardio.
